New Life Coaching has an affinity with and experience in coaching both highly-sensitive people as well as people who are fearful, depressed, have had a burnout or suffer from obsessive complaints.*

I am highly-sensitive myself, and both by interconnecting with and being especially attentive to your own high-sensitivity, as well as drawing on my own experience, insights and intuition,  I can guide you on your life-journey.

Experiential specialist in burnout, depression & fear

Concerning fear, depression, burnout and/or obsessive complaints:

    • I have a wealth of experience in recognising, acknowledging and understanding the abovementioned, and subsequently re-building one’s life within this context.
    • With restfulness  and personal space as starting points, I coach you to become more energetically-conscious and to (re-)discover balance and (re-)connect with yourself
    • Subsequently, I help you to (re-)discover your essence and to focus on your strengths, once again ensuring a sound basis for growth. Instead of focussing on your ‘problems’ or on what ‘doesn’t seem possible’, I help you to focus on what is possible.  


    * N.B. This is not meant as a replacement to psychological/psychiatric therapy, but instead intended as supplementary to/combinable with it. HSP Coaching does not focus on the cause or solving these ‘complaints’, but rather on the possibilities of personal and professional growth within this context and potentially in cooperation with other professional guidance.
