About the coach

My personal journey

My life is especially characterised by change. The saying ‘the only certainty in life is change’ most definitely applies to me. Having travelled and lived abroad a great deal, I experienced many changes in my ‘outer world’, which led me to focus particularly on what was happening outside of me. This in turn resulted in inner turmoil and crisis, compelling me above all to start making the journey inward; a journey of self-discovery – in search of my essence and also the meaning of ‘the journey’ itself.

In a nutshell

I am…

…warm, open and empathetic
…self-aware, self-reflective
…playful and humorous
…a global citizen, multicultural & multilingual
…(a) highly-sensitive(person)

As a coach/trainer, people describe me as…

…empathetic, compassionate
…someone who relates to you/your story
